What happens when you delete?

  • Your profile, posts, and session data are permanently removed.
  • You will be automatically removed from all Hubs you belong to.
  • Any business listings associated with your account will be archived or removed.
  • This action is irreversible. Data cannot be recovered once deleted.

How to request deletion

Request Permanent Deletion via Email

If you want to delete your account permanently, please send an email to our support team. To ensure a smooth process, please use the registered email address associated with your account and follow the format below.

Alternative: In-App Deletion

You can also initiate deletion directly from the mobile app by navigating to:
Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account.
