Account information:
When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and profile photo if provided.
Content you create:
Posts, messages, and notes are stored so you and relevant users can access them.
Device information:
We collect device identifiers and push tokens to deliver notifications.
Location data:
If permission is granted, we use your location to show nearby hubs and directory services. Location is used only during active sessions and not stored permanently.
Phone contacts:
If permission is granted, we read phone numbers to suggest hubs your contacts have joined. Contacts are not stored on our servers.
Media:
Photos, videos, and documents you upload are stored securely and shared only within relevant hubs or chats.
Voice input:
Voice queries are converted to text. Only text is sent to AI services. Raw audio is not stored.
2. Permissions
We may request access to camera, media, microphone, location, contacts, and notifications. All permissions are optional and used only for feature functionality.
3. How We Use Information
We use data to operate the platform, improve experience, provide AI responses, show relevant hubs, and deliver notifications. We do not sell user data.
4. AI Features
Ask AI sends your question and post content to Google's Gemini AI. No personal data like name or phone is shared.
5. Information Sharing
- With users: Profile and posts visible within hubs
- With providers: Services like Supabase process data securely
- Legal: If required by law
6. Data Retention
We keep data while your account is active. You can request deletion anytime.
7. Security
We use secure systems and encryption but no system is 100% secure.
8. Children
Not intended for users under 13.
9. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data.
